Attendance
Tupton Hall School places a strong emphasis on attendance as a cornerstone of student success. Recognising that regular attendance is crucial for academic achievement, personal growth, and long-term development, the school has implemented a variety of initiatives designed to encourage students to attend consistently and reach our school attendance goal of at least 98% per student.
Amongst these initiatives are monthly competitions that not only motivate students to maintain good attendance but also foster a sense of community and healthy competition. These competitions often include rewards and recognition for students who demonstrate commitment to their education through consistent attendance. By prioritising attendance, Tupton Hall School aims to create an environment where students are inspired to participate fully in their learning journey, thereby laying a solid foundation for their future success.
Term Time Holidays
Holidays are not authorised in school time. It is a legal requirement for students to be in school.
School need to be informed of a planned absence to prevent the student being reported as missing and a safeguarding concern being raised. The applicable form is below.
