Staff and students at Tupton Hall School came together to celebrate this 'unputdownable' event.
The school celebrated a love of reading in a variety of ways. Staff enthusiastically dressed as their favourite literary characters and book inspired games were played in the library!
Our second-hand book sale has also been raising funds for a great
cause, aiming to provide students and staff with affordable books whilst collecting money to sponsor an animal in the school's name. Students will be given the opportunity to vote on what wild animal Tupton's newest pupil will be.
Mr Pateman commented "Through the hard work of our brilliant 6th Form student leaders, the school has raised £147 and sold well over 200 books to students and staff over the last couple of days! Thank you to all involved".
