Swimming to Success
Our student, Alex, had another fantastic weekend at East Midlands swimming championships in Corby, earning a Gold in 50 butterfly and Bronze in 100 freestyle.
In the space of 40 minutes in 3 finals, Alex got a Silver in 100 butterfly, Gold in 200 IM and after only a few minutes rest snatched a Bronze in 100 back in personal best time .
Over the 2 weekends he’s come away with 3 gold , 1 silver and 4 bronze medals. His father commented; "his resilience and hard work makes us very proud."
