Footballing Successes!

Tupton Hall School has had a successful week of football.

Well done to the Year 7 girls who took part in the SHAPE football tournament on Tuesday night. After a tight loss in the first game, the girls bounced back and won 4 games in a row without conceding a goal! Well done to all involved, and a special thank you to the Y9, Y10 and Y12 leaders who ensured the event ran smoothly!

Another big well done to the Y7/8 girls who took on Newbold in a friendly on Monday night. A fantastic display from the girls saw them run out comfortable winners!

Finally, our U14 girls football team travelled to Scunthorpe on Thursday to take on South Axholme Academy in the 4th round of the National Cup. The girls held on to earn a fantastic 2-1 win and a place in the 5th round!
